Although not officially a Bee Gee, younger brother Andy Gibb had a successful solo career and often performed with his brothers. His health challenges were well documented:

Substance Abuse: Andy struggled with cocaine addiction throughout much of his adult life, which severely affected his health and career.

Mental Health: He suffered from depression, compounded by career setbacks and personal issues.

Heart Failure: Andy died at just 30 years old in 1988 from myocarditis, an inflammation of the heart muscle. While not directly caused by drugs, doctors believed his years of substance abuse contributed significantly to the condition.
